Unlike a freelance consultant, Brett is with you from the start of the listing process and has a vested interest in getting you the best result. Either in-room or on-site, we specialise in both types of property auctions and provide broader team support
at our auctions for you, in addition to your agent and Auctioneer.
Pilgrim’s Mandarin-speaking team members can also attend your auction if required.

Buyers agent
Pilgrim can act on behalf of buyers to find the right home, assist in negotiations
to arrive at the best price, bid on your behalf at auctions, and talk you through
contract questions and other buyer requirements. Our agents can also notify you
when suitable properties are added to our exclusive ‘off market’ list.
Property Management
Pilgrim offers landlords both short and long-term rental management.
