Ray Studied at the University of Melbourne majoring in Commerce and then began his financial services career in 1995, having worked both in the superannuation industry and as a private equity adviser in the Australian stock market, before transferring into the then infant and challenging Mortgage Broking market.
The Home Loans, Mortgage Broking and Property market has seen some interesting and tumultuous times since 2002, with the Global Financial Crisis in 2008 to COVID, just to name a few. The Mortgage Broking industry has only grown over these years, constantly increasing its market share of loans originated regardless of the economic environment.
